A good message for those who preach on a consistent basis

Just the audio.... Again a sermon I sat in the room and heard preached at a chapel service at Southern Seminary. Very timely as I was beginning my first pastorate. This is by Donald Whitney. "Avoiding the Rehoboram Syndrome" I listened to this again in the car this morning and was challenged afresh so here it is for you guys. Some might not have the same holes in the armor of your flesh as I do but this sermon found one of those spots with me and brought conviction.

Just finished this. What a great word. Even for those not preaching / teaching it is still an incredible reminder to treat each other with kindness in our interactions. Really good stuff bro.
I also checked out some of his other stuff on monergism.com on church discipline that was very good. I like his balance.
