I'm Joel. I'm a student and run a Daddy day care. I have an incredible group of friends with really sharp and inquisitive minds. After countless hours of discussion on matters both lofty and not, I thought it might be a good idea to have a place to continue / start / expand discussions online.

Hello, I am Jeff. I am a stay at home husband right now and I am here to become a better husband, friend, brother and hopefully a father one day. Looking forward to picking some brains and seeing others perspective on life in general.

Hello, I'm Christian. (Insert witty and semi-ironic line.) I'm a student in college to be a sex therapist, and I can't wait to see what this turns into. ^.^ Btw, Jeremy, "Let the games begin!" makes me think of the Hunger Games. Which would make you and Joel careers. Jeff and I are forming an alliance. Just sayin'.

Great intro. I'm a career for sure but the real world kind --- that wins! Also if I get ANY VOTES for best avatar I automatically concede them to you for using Milton Friedman as our avatar. Simply epic.

Ah yes! I do remember the conversation you mention in which I was hypothetically pondering the hypothetical ramifications of taking a bottle of Olive Garden dressing, hypothetically of course. Yo, Jonathan Thorn here because Joel was an "evangelist" (as he put it) and continuously "encouraged" me to join the board. I enjoy unnecessarily using quotations and am wishing I could remember my old ICQ # to link to this profile. I love that this site has a place to link your Yahoo and MSN Messenger accounts as well as ICQ, but nothing for Facebook and Twitter. But hey, at least the price is right!

Love you guys and look forward to trying to make this a part of my daily/weekly routine.

Ive added FB and Twitter to the profile page and am working on getting them to show up under your avatar in posted messages the way the other contact info does (only members can see these btw). These kind of suggestions are EXACTLY the thing we need to get the bugs worked out. Thanks for the suggestion!

This is David... Joel's brother. I am weighing in from North Carolina but have T-town in my veins. Looks like some good discussion thus far. I am looking forward to gleaning much and perhaps making some minor contributions. (Hope my Avatar was not off limits but the Title did ask for it so I claimed it!)
